  1. Minimum Order: Our minimum opening order is $500.

  2. Preferred Store Types: Our products are a perfect fit for homeware, gift, florist, lifestyle boutiques, nurseries, furniture, art gallery, online and specialty retailers. Please note that we do not supply market stalls.

  3. Store Assessment: We carefully evaluate each store to ensure it complements our current retailers and aligns with our brand values. We tend to favour stores that carry brands that resonate with our own.

  4. Minimising Overlap: To support our existing customers as best we can, we aim to minimise overlap between our stockists. We will assess whether your location conflicts with any of our current retailers.

  5. Prompt Response: Our team strives to provide a response to your application within 5 working days.
